We are seeking a talented and visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team, operating across both our Nigeria business function and global markets. This role involves leading the design and user experience efforts for our diverse and innovative projects, ensuring exceptional quality and coherence across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Spearhead the UX/UI design process, from concept to execution, ensuring innovative and user-centric solutions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to create seamless and effective designs.

User Research: Conduct and analyse user research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.

Prototype Development: Develop prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.

Design System Management: Develop and manage a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the latest design tools and software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in a global or multi-regional role is preferred.
